Starlink has launched its satellite broadband service in Guinea-Bissau. The company confirmed availability on June 18, 2025.
Guinea-Bissau has joined Starlink's West African service area. Its arrival follows Liberia and Niger this year, as the company continues adding commercial markets across the region.
A satellite connection could be useful at a property beyond the reach of a suitable fixed line. Customers should still consider the full installation rather than just the recurring bill. The terminal needs power and a clear view of the sky, while a larger building may need additional local networking equipment.
Check the proposed dish position for obstructions before ordering. The plans offered for an address can be checked on Starlink’s live availability map.
