Starlink has launched its satellite broadband service in Dominica. The company confirmed availability on June 6, 2025.
Dominica is now a Starlink market, adding another Caribbean island to the commercial footprint. It is a separate launch from the Dominican Republic, which joined the service in 2022.
The service could be useful at a rural property or as a backup connection for a business. Dominica's mountainous landscape also makes the installation site important. A sheltered valley or tree-lined property may need a more carefully chosen mounting position than a national availability announcement suggests.
Check the proposed dish position for obstructions before ordering. The plans offered for an address can be checked on Starlink’s live availability map.
