Starlink has launched its satellite broadband service in Moldova. The company confirmed availability on August 4, 2022.
Moldova has joined Starlink's commercial footprint, adding another European country to the network. Customers can check their address through the company's ordering site rather than relying on a predicted rollout date.
For a business outside a well-connected town, a satellite connection could serve as the main link or a second route online. Its value will depend on the local alternative, the cost of the equipment and whether the installation can keep the dish clear of nearby buildings and trees.
Check the proposed dish position for obstructions before ordering. The plans offered for an address can be checked on Starlink’s live availability map.
