Starlink has launched its satellite broadband service in Kazakhstan. The company confirmed availability on August 13, 2025.
Kazakhstan has joined Starlink's commercial service area. The launch gives customers another potential way to connect a property in a large, landlocked market, without requiring a last-mile cable to the premises.
The practical case could be strongest at an isolated home, workplace or institution with limited terrestrial options. The announcement doesn't establish the speed or capacity of an individual connection. A customer still needs to check availability at the site and decide whether the equipment and recurring cost fit the job.
Check the proposed dish position for obstructions before ordering. The plans offered for an address can be checked on Starlink’s live availability map.
