Luxembourg joined Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy in the same company announcement. SpaceX put the network's footprint at 36 countries and 41 markets, a useful reminder that its market total also includes territories.
For Luxembourg, the appeal is more likely to be a property that lacks a suitable fixed connection than a household already well served by fibre. A small national footprint doesn't remove the need to check the particular installation address.
